Top SchoolMichael Mifsud is a senior web developer with 11 years of hands-on experience building and maintaining PHP/MySQL-driven systems for universities and commercial clients. He has led development of enterprise features like an Extramural Management System and integrated LMS solutions using LTI, while also running his own rapid-deployment PHP framework for SMEs. Comfortable across Linux/Apache stacks, front-end HTML5/LESS/Bootstrap and back-end APIs, he brings practical DevOps and hosting experience from managing production servers and DNS to troubleshooting enterprise environments. His career shows a mix of remote and on-site roles, a history of building reusable frameworks (including a long-maintained PHP DOM template), and a knack for turning complex academic and booking-system requirements into reliable, maintainable software.
