Michael Ottoson
Senior Software Developer at Trinnex
Lakeshore, Ontario, Canada
Summary
👤
SeniorMichael Ottoson is a senior software developer with 11 years of proven experience designing and delivering scalable, cloud-native systems and leading cross-functional teams from architect to production. He blends hands-on coding with strategic leadership, having driven major migrations to microservices, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, and IaC that improved availability and deployment velocity at enterprise scale. His background includes building developer productivity toolkits and multi-language rapid-development suites that accelerated backend development and tamed complex service architectures. Michael has a track record of measurable impact—improving capacity, interoperability, and reuse while cutting build and processing times dramatically—yet stays closely engaged in day-to-day engineering work. Based in Lakeshore, Ontario, he’s open to senior development roles where he can pair architectural vision with practical implementation. A less obvious strength is his pattern of creating internal platforms and training materials that multiply team effectiveness beyond individual projects.
