Top SchoolMichael Paler is a seasoned founder and technologist with nine years of focused experience scaling web applications and businesses across renewable energy, supply chain, blockchain, and online communities. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, he has repeatedly built mission-critical systems end-to-end—from architecting high-volume e-commerce and CRM/ERP integrations at CivicSolar to launching niche community platforms like Swaylocks. He currently runs ETS, an on-chain registry for tag provenance, demonstrating a practical blend of web engineering and blockchain-native design. Michael pairs hands-on development and small-team leadership with a knack for turning domain expertise (including an early career in fine art printmaking and a BS in Botany) into distinctive, user-focused products.
