Top SchoolMichael Perk is a co-founder and software engineer with 11 years of experience building research-driven and product-focused systems across Python, C++, Java and modern web stacks. He combines academic rigor from a Master's in Informatik and ongoing research work at Technische Universität Braunschweig with entrepreneurial experience founding Namaco and Collabovid, the latter applying NLP to rapidly curate COVID-19 literature. His work spans optimization and scientific tooling (Gurobi, CPLEX), backend and real-time systems (Django, NodeJS, WebSockets) and mobile/desktop ecosystems (Swift, Objective‑C, C#), reflecting a full-stack systems mindset. He has practical experience in space-systems automation projects (ASIMOV) and hard-instance research, showing a knack for translating complex algorithms into operational software. Based in the Hannover–Braunschweig–Göttingen–Wolfsburg region, he blends academic research, product building and low-level engineering to tackle challenging, data- and optimization-heavy problems.
