Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolMichael Pitts is a software engineer with nine years of hands-on experience, currently building virtual building reconstruction and IFC tooling at Paragon in Atlanta. He combines strong .NET/C# expertise with practical problem-solving—turning complex IFC polyhedron data into contiguous roof solids and enabling round-trip export of structural trusses. Michael blends technical depth with leadership, having progressed from intern to team lead and engineer within Paragon while also shipping automation and reporting tools earlier in his career. He pairs a Computer Science education from Georgia Tech with a background in industrial and innovative design, giving him a rare mix of software and product design sensibilities. Outside of work he applies his 3D modelling and rendering skills to photorealistic animations and an eight-year passion for designing and flying drones. Colleagues describe him as a pragmatic implementer who enjoys bridging design intent and robust engineering.
