Top SchoolMichael Pustovit is a seasoned mobile-first software engineer and team lead with 12+ years of experience building and shipping Android apps from estimation through release and support. He started as a Java developer, transitioned early to Android (Kotlin/Java) and expanded into Swift, React Native and backend work, giving him practical full-stack context for mobile products. At Wix and INTELITY he progressed from engineer to lead roles, combining hands-on coding with process-building—implementing Scrum, TDD, CI and pair programming to improve team delivery. Comfortable across Unix tooling, Gradle/CocoaPods and multiple VCS, he brings pragmatic engineering discipline and mentorship to distributed teams in Ukraine. Less obvious: he pairs deep mobile SDK experience with an interest in developer workflows, often shaping CI and team practices as much as app architecture.
