Top SchoolMichael Roterman is a senior backend developer with 15 years' experience building scalable web and eCommerce platforms, specializing in Symfony, Magento/Zend, and Domain-Driven Design. He has led major system rewrites, established CI/CD and testing practices, and created foundational integration systems used across multiple third-party collaborations. Equally comfortable in DevOps and hosting, he’s built and automated infrastructures from bare metal to Ansible-driven deployments and brought operational rigor to teams at both startups and larger firms. Known for turning complex domain models into maintainable systems, he also drives knowledge-sharing through documentation and training. Based in Delft, he balances hands-on engineering with continual learning—experimenting with Kubernetes at home and expanding his Python toolkit—while recently prioritizing time with his newborn daughter.
