Top SchoolMichael Senkow is a systems-minded Staff Product Designer with 11+ years of experience shaping AI, analytics, and design systems across Apple, IBM, Microsoft, Meta, and AI startups. He translates complex, interdisciplinary problems into human-centered workflows—specializing in AI-augmented analytics, data-visualization frameworks, and bespoke design systems that scale across orgs. At Meta he led the evolution of internal analytics from single-query tools to AI-driven exploration suites; at Microsoft and IBM he helped found foundational work for Viva Insights and Carbon respectively. Equally comfortable sketching concepts in Figma, prototyping front-end components, or coding interactive prototypes, he blends design leadership with technical fluency. Curious about system behavior and generative systems, he brings a creative technologist’s eye to product strategy while grounding work in practical change management and cross-org alignment.
