Top SchoolMichael Van Laar is an experienced online marketing manager with 15+ years delivering B2B lead generation, marketing automation and web development across IT, software and medical technology sectors. He designs and implements scalable marketing tech stacks (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) and has repeatedly modernized toolchains and inbound processes to drive sales-qualified leads. An early adopter of generative AI, he builds n8n workflows, custom GPTs and AI-powered automation that have enabled him to produce full-time output at roughly 30 hours/week. Michael combines hands-on web development and SEO/SEA expertise with strategic consulting and team leadership, having led projects from agency to in-house roles. Based in Bavaria, he’s also a computer science student and occasional content creator, blending technical depth with a marketer’s knack for clear storytelling. His practical focus on measurable efficiency gains makes him particularly strong at turning automation experiments into repeatable revenue-driving processes.
