Top SchoolMichael Wasser is a founder and CEO with 16 years building technology-driven businesses that improve healthcare operations, policy, and access. He co-founded multiple successful startups—including HealthSherpa and BloomAPI—and today leads Exactly Labs, scaling it from zero to over $1M ARR while delivering projects in telehealth, broadband mapping, and public‑sector data systems. He also runs Neuranimus, a multi-location neurology practice/MSO, giving him rare, hands-on expertise across clinical operations, staffing, and production technology. His teams have produced open-source tools used by communities and state/federal programs (for example broadbandmapping.com), and his work has informed public health and broadband policy. Comfortable at the intersection of clinical care, product engineering, and public impact, he routinely moves concepts from pilots into operationalized systems. Based in Seattle, he pairs startup grit with practical execution across technical, operational, and regulatory domains.
