Top SchoolMichael Woidt is a seasoned technology educator and volunteer leader who transitioned from a 34-year corporate software career at Cap Gemini and SAP into coaching and building STEM experiences for children through CoderDojo Belgium. As a core team member for Coolest Projects he develops registration and event administration software and supports large-scale youth tech events, bridging practical engineering with community-driven education. His recent role as SAP University Alliances Country Manager for BeNeLux informed a unique path from enterprise and university training into hands-on primary-school outreach. Michael pairs formal computer science training from RWTH Aachen with deep experience in education program design, making complex digital transformation concepts accessible to young learners. He emphasizes sustainable volunteer ecosystems, actively recruiting students and mentors to scale impact. Quietly persistent and community-minded, he treats computer science as a lifelong craft he now channels into inspiring the next generation.
