👤
SeniorMichael Young is a staff software engineer with 12 years building full-stack products and developer-facing tooling across startups and scale-ups, currently working on Prepared (acquired by Axon). He specializes in TypeScript, Node, React and has production experience with Go, Python and SQL, often owning zero-to-one projects and internal platforms that amplify team productivity. As an early hire and founding engineer at multiple companies, he blends hands-on implementation with product-oriented systems design—recently shipping AI-driven sales agents and emergency-response orchestration. His background spans developer platform work at Zapier, integrations at WorkOS, and founding CTO duties at a healthtech startup, reflecting a knack for shipping reliable, user-focused services. Based in Houston, he values building internal tooling and no-code/productivity solutions that remove friction for colleagues and customers alike. An understated strength is translating cross-functional needs into maintainable infra—turning messy operational problems into repeatable software.
