Top SchoolMichael Zedeler is a seasoned software engineer based in Copenhagen with 15 years of experience building and leading development teams across product and engineering functions. He combines hands-on development—aptly summarized on GitHub as "developer of things that go 'beep'"—with a knack for scaling team processes and delivery. Michael’s background includes formal science training from RUC and a long-standing trajectory in technical leadership rather than narrow individual contributor roles. Colleagues know him for translating ambiguous requirements into pragmatic engineering plans and for mentoring multiple teams through growth and change. He brings a pragmatic, systems-oriented mindset and a taste for hardware-adjacent or embedded projects that make software interact with the physical world.
