Top SchoolMichał Bugaj is a Java Software Developer with four years of experience, currently building enterprise cloud solutions at Comarch after earning a Master’s in Computer Science and an engineering degree in Mechatronics from the Silesian University of Technology. He combines solid backend skills in Java and Spring Boot with a practical interest in automation—having built tools to optimize YouTube SEO and automate channel interactions for his own music business. As an entrepreneur and content creator, he runs a YouTube channel of ~8k subscribers and an online beat store, giving him hands-on experience in product-market fit, community growth, and analytics. Comfortable with C/C++, Python and introductory C#, he gravitates toward AI, mobile and web app development and enjoys applying cross-disciplinary problem-solving from robotics to software. Based in the Cracow metro area, he’s seeking mid-level roles where he can blend engineering craft with his entrepreneurial, data-driven approach to growth.
