Top SchoolMichal Fanta is a Design & UX Lead based in Prague with six years of focused experience at Prusa Research, where he progressed from frontend developer and product manager to lead UX initiatives. He blends an architectural education with hands-on front-end engineering, enabling him to translate complex product constraints into clear, usable interfaces for hardware-adjacent software. His background includes six years at Etnetera as a JavaScript front-end developer, giving him solid practical chops in web UI implementation and collaboration across product teams. At Prusa he has driven cross-disciplinary work that sits at the intersection of physical product design and digital experience, a less common skillset that benefits hardware-focused companies. Known for moving between strategy and execution, he mentors teams while still contributing to design systems and front-end code. Based in Czechia, he brings a pragmatic, craft-oriented approach to building user-centered products.
