Top SchoolMichał Mańko is a Principal Software Engineer with over 20 years of experience designing distributed systems and shaping technical direction across fintech, e-commerce, and digital media. He specializes in event-driven architectures, Kafka-based data flows, CQRS, and clear service boundaries that enable large organizations to scale without operational ambiguity. At InPost he helps deliver a single consumer platform across nine countries and billions of parcels by driving RFCs, ADRs, and cross-team standards for a 300+ person domain. Previously he led migrations from monoliths to microservices and built autonomous, high-velocity teams at XTB and Allegro, combining hands-on architecture with organizational design. He treats architecture as a social as well as technical construct—designing accountability and communication paths so teams know whom to talk to when systems go wrong. He also leverages AI tooling (Copilot, Claude, GPT) as a deliberate force multiplier to accelerate design and decision-making at organizational scale.
