Top SchoolMichal Nowak is a Senior Software Engineer with nine years of professional experience and a long tenure at Microsoft focused on low-level systems, kernel, and driver development across Windows and Unix environments. He has alternated between Microsoft campuses in Redmond and Mountain View and brings deep practical expertise shipping system-level components in large-scale products. His background includes staff-level engineering roles in security-focused startups and enterprise finance software, giving him a strong blend of performance, reliability, and security sensibilities. Trained with an MSc in Computer Science from AGH University of Krakow, Michal combines academic rigor with hands-on kernel debugging and driver design—a niche skill set that often requires reading hardware datasheets as much as writing code.
