Senior🎓
Top SchoolMichał O is a seasoned PMO leader with 12 years’ experience managing large, complex programs across ICT and defense sectors, including oversight of portfolios exceeding $17 billion and holding NATO/Secret security clearances. He blends formal project management and financial credentials (Prince2 Practitioner, AgilePM Foundation, ITIL, Certified Accountant) to create governance, processes and PPM tool selection that scale across corporate groups. Known for building and leading high-performing PMO teams, he has negotiated with top US defense contractors and steered risk, budgeting and business-case controls on multimillion-dollar programs. Fluent in English and driven to transition deeper into IT project management, he combines hands-on sales and B2B experience from Orange with a pragmatic, process-first approach. An intriguing facet: alongside executive PMO duties he brands himself a “software samurai” on GitHub, signaling a hands-on interest in technical craft beyond pure program delivery.
