Top SchoolMichał Orman is a seasoned technology leader and entrepreneur with 15 years of hands-on experience building and scaling software systems, currently serving as CTO and co-founder of naffy while also heading innovation at Consileon Polska. He combines deep systems-level engineering (from embedded xDSL work to cloud-native microservices, Docker and Kubernetes) with product-minded solution architecture, having led R&D teams and delivered enterprise data warehouses, print management systems, and high-availability platforms. Comfortable across Ruby, Java, Node.js, GraphQL, CQRS and modern BI stacks, he frequently bridges architecture, implementation and operations to ship pragmatic, resilient solutions. An MBA and Oxford blockchain programme alumnus, he blends business strategy with technical execution and an unusual knack for turning experimental prototypes into production-ready services.
