Top SchoolMichał Orynicz is a pragmatic software developer with 13 years of experience focused on maintainable, test-first engineering in embedded and telecom domains. Currently at Nokia, he brings deep maintenance and architecture experience across C/C++, Python, Bash and TTCN-3, with domain knowledge in 5G, LTE, Bluetooth and Android OS. He transitioned from reactive bug-fixing to a TDD advocate who mentors colleagues and drives automation across test levels to improve long-term code quality. Outside work he builds an Angular/Django web service for Kendo tournaments and explores neural networks, reflecting a hands-on curiosity that spans systems programming to applied ML. His engineering background is grounded in robotics from Politechnika Wrocławska, which contributes to a methodical, systems-oriented approach to problem solving.
