Senior🎓
Top SchoolMichal Rakoczy is a Senior Software Engineer with over a decade of professional experience and roughly five years focused on Java, now specializing in blockchain and Web3 development. After transitioning from traditional backend work, he rapidly adopted Solidity, Hardhat, Truffle and Uniswap V3 to deliver smart contracts and DeFi features for internal and client projects. He has hands-on experience building betting and CEX/security-token solutions, plus a PoC token implemented in ink! on Substrate, reflecting comfort across EVM and Polkadot ecosystems. Michal pairs strong backend discipline (DDD, Spring, event-driven systems) with practical frontend and testing skills in JavaScript/React, enabling end-to-end ownership. Currently based in Mikołów, Poland, he’s proactively learning Rust and Solana as a likely next-step specialization. Colleagues describe him as a curious engineer who deliberately shifts domains to master both the architectural and low-level sides of new technology stacks.
