Top SchoolMichał Tymejczyk is a software engineer with eight years of experience specializing in C# and full-stack development, currently leading a 13-person team at Kongsberg Maritime on the K‑Master product suite. He combines hands-on engineering—designing, testing and deploying reliable systems—with people leadership, mentoring new hires and representing the company at recruitment events. Comfortable across the SDLC, he has shipped integrations with navigation systems and experimented with new UI tech (Svelte) while learning Python and TypeScript to broaden the stack. Outside of product work he has taught programming to children using visual tools and C#, and built personal projects such as a .NET-based Binance wrapper, demonstrating a practical curiosity for applied systems and education.
