Senior🎓
Top SchoolMichal Wachowski is a seasoned software engineer and architect with 13 years of experience designing and iteratively migrating large distributed systems, currently driving engineering culture and DDD-led delivery at Cardino in Berlin. He combines hands-on coding, automation-first practices, and shift-left testing to build continuously delivered platforms that scale across markets and domains. Previously as Acting Staff Engineer at OLX Group he influenced cross-team product consolidation and stakeholder-aligned decision making, and at Vimcar he helped design high-throughput event stream processing with code-derived living documentation. Michal excels at turning legacy complexity into testable, modular solutions—often enabling no-code/low-code transitions—while mentoring teams to raise engineering quality. A background spanning transactional systems, IoT event processing and rapid venture platforms gives him a pragmatic architect’s eye for both product and operational concerns.
