Top SchoolMichal Wasowski is a senior software engineer and technical leader based in Warsaw with over a decade of hands-on experience modernizing long-lived enterprise systems and building new products from the ground up. He has led teams and projects across fintech integrations, microservices, containerized deployments and observability stacks, while also steering a game studio as Lead Developer on a tactical RPG that blends gameplay, lore and AI-driven systems. His background spans .NET desktop and web migrations, performance-driven test automation, and operationalizing apps in Kubernetes with Grafana/Prometheus—skills he applied while splitting monoliths into microservices and improving PSD2-compliant banking integrations. Michal contributes to core open-source tooling too, enhancing Erlang/OTP test reporting to surface elapsed runtimes for better test analysis. Known for stabilizing and extending mission-critical applications over many years, he pairs pragmatic engineering with a knack for translating legacy constraints into modern, testable architectures. A Warsaw University of Technology graduate in Automatics and Robotics, he brings both systems thinking and a developer-first focus to product and platform challenges.
