Top SchoolMichel Anders is an experienced IT manager, trainer and developer with 13+ years helping organizations adopt document-centric software and Robotic Process Automation, most recently as Lead Instructor at Tungsten Automation and Kofax. He combines hands-on Python development (GitHub: varkenvarken) with people-focused roles—ITIL-certified service manager and works council member—bridging technical delivery and organizational adoption. His background spans R&D, professional services and technical management across vendors and healthcare, giving him a rare mix of classroom teaching, consultancy and operations experience. Currently on sabbatical, he brings deep practical knowledge of automation workflows, documentation-heavy systems and technical training curriculum design. An earlier research track at Radboud University and a master’s in chemistry give him an analytical bent that shows up in clear, process-driven solutions.
