Senior🎓
Top SchoolMichel Chamberland is a cybersecurity founder and CEO with 12+ years of hands-on offense experience, having led teams at IBM X-Force Red, Trustwave SpiderLabs and other top firms before launching IntegSec to democratize elite penetration testing. He combines enterprise-grade methodologies with a boutique, continuous PTaaS model that emphasizes real-time Slack collaboration, unlimited retests, and coverage of modern attack surfaces including cloud, API, and LLM/AI components. Michel has repeatedly helped organizations accelerate compliance (SOC2/HIPAA/ISO27001) and convert security into revenue streams for MSPs/MSSPs through white-label services and ARR expansion. He also supports security teams as a force multiplier—testing detection and response against real adversary tactics without bloated processes or costs. A former CREST council member and OWASP chapter lead, he blends practitioner rigor with practical business outcomes and a relentless focus on reducing risk quickly.
