Top SchoolMichel Gauzins is a Front Components Engineering Manager with over a decade of Android-focused experience and a proven track record of leading high-traffic mobile products from technical design to reliable delivery. He has progressed from hands-on Kotlin development and platform modernizations (RxJava → Coroutines) to managing cross-platform mobile teams, driving quality metrics (crash rate <0.1%) and aligning roadmaps with product and design. At Dailymotion he scaled processes and engineering practices across Android and iOS, and now drives component strategy at Betclic Group. Known for blending technical refactors, CI/CD improvements and people coaching, he excels at turning legacy codebases into maintainable, performant apps while mentoring engineers through career growth.
