Top SchoolMichele Cyran is a Senior Principal Technical Writer with over two decades of experience transforming complex enterprise and developer technologies into clear, usable content. Currently at Redpanda Data, she operates in a docs-as-code environment producing developer docs, API references, tutorials, and multimedia that bridge engineering, product, and open-source communities. Previously at Oracle she shaped documentation strategy and standards across SaaS, PaaS, and Database products, leading major data- and search-related documentation initiatives and mentoring writer teams. Michele combines a writer’s precision with technical tooling fluency—VS Code, AsciiDoc, DITA, and metadata-driven content—and is an early adopter of AI to enhance content discoverability and consistency. Based in Littleton, Colorado, she pairs a BA in English with a pragmatic focus on user experience, often rethinking content structure to surface the right information at the right stage of the user journey.
