Top SchoolMichele D'amico is a founder and CEO with eight years of hands-on experience in full-stack web and mobile development, leading Linfa Service while consulting for public and private sectors on software design, digital identity and interoperability. He played a key role at AgID on the SPID project, shaping guidelines, architectures and tools for Italy’s public digital identity system and auditing service providers for compliance. Michele combines practical development skills with formalized lifecycle management—having delivered projects under ISO 9001 and ISO 13485—and deep familiarity with healthcare standards like HL7, DICOM and HISA. His consultancy work spans cloud migrations, microservices and national digital infrastructure initiatives, reflecting both technical depth and policy-oriented systems thinking. Rooted in an early passion for programming (from a ZX Spectrum), he brings entrepreneurial drive plus a knack for turning regulatory and security constraints into pragmatic, interoperable solutions. Based in the Greater Rome area, he blends local public-sector impact with commercial software delivery.
