Senior🎓
Top SchoolMichele Di Salvatore is a Tech Lead and seasoned Front End/JavaScript engineer with 11 years of experience building and modernising single-page applications across startups and enterprise teams. Based in London, he excels at bootstrapping new web apps, leading migrations from legacy stacks to React/Next.js ecosystems, and embedding accessibility, security, and testing best practices into delivery. He combines hands-on engineering with people leadership—mentoring teams, shaping CI/CD and BFF architectures, and hiring mid-to-senior talent to scale outcomes. Past roles span fintech, gaming, and travel (Nutmeg, Square Enix, loveholidays, NewDay), where he delivered high-traffic, performant user journeys and backend integrations. Notably, he often drives projects end-to-end from prototype to production—setting up automated pipelines, contract and e2e testing, and observability for reliable releases. He maintains full-stack fluency from Node-based APIs to client-side rendering, a perspective he now applies primarily in technical leadership and selective personal projects.
