Top SchoolMichele Gerarduzzi is a Staff Front-End Engineer based in Venice with 13 years of professional experience and over 20 years building for the web, evolving from raw HTML/CSS to modern React and TypeScript. He currently drives front-end architecture and delivery at Qonto, after leading front-end teams at Talenthouse and serving as CTO at Zooppa, where he rose through roles from developer to executive. Michele blends hands-on coding with technical leadership, shipping scalable user-facing systems for SMEs and fintech products used by hundreds of thousands of companies. His background includes full-stack Rails experience and a formal Computer Science degree from Università Ca' Foscari, reflecting a pragmatic mix of craftsmanship and system-level thinking. Less obvious: he’s comfortable switching between executive strategy and deep implementation details, a trait honed by simultaneous CTO and engineering roles during his career.
