Top SchoolMichele Sorcinelli is a Senior Site Reliability Engineer based in London with 12 years of experience building and operating cloud-native platforms, primarily on AWS. He combines deep Linux and systems-level curiosity with practical expertise in Kubernetes, GitOps, Terraform/CloudFormation, Helm and CI/CD to provision reproducible clusters and empower developer self-service. At Citizens Advice he focuses on Dev/Ops parity, automation and infrastructure-as-code while maintaining monitoring, logging and managed service integrations. A pragmatic hacker by nature, he contributes to open source—his notable achievement of getting a Linux driver patch merged speaks to his low-level skills beyond typical SRE work.
