Top SchoolMichele Thiella is a Senior Consultant based in Padua with six years of experience building and modernizing enterprise software across Java, Python, JavaScript and several other languages. At Core Reply he has progressed through consultant roles to lead work migrating COBOL batch jobs to Java and implementing microservice architectures with Spring, OpenShift and Angular-based front ends. He combines backend expertise (Spring Batch, REST, Oracle DB, CI/CD) with hands-on frontend TypeScript/Angular development, enabling end-to-end delivery on legacy-to-cloud transformations. A Padua-trained computer engineer (Master’s, Università degli Studi di Padova), he pairs academic grounding with practical delivery for banking and technology clients. Notably, he moves smoothly between maintenance-focused legacy modernization and greenfield microservice projects, making him a strong bridge between operations and product teams.
