Top SchoolMichelle Blanchette is a Senior Web Developer with 8 years of experience specializing in WordPress, React, and API-driven full-stack solutions. She builds high-impact web products that measurably boost conversions, performance, and reliability—once delivering 2x conversion lifts and cutting page load times by half through a WordPress VIP multisite rebuild. As founder of Purple Turtle Creative she engineers automated CI/CD pipelines, custom plugins, and licensing/fulfillment systems while consulting on API integrations and process automation. At Henry Schein One she reduced third-party errors by nearly 88%, slashed release prep time by 92%, and cut API service costs by 70% through targeted audits and proxy caching. Comfortable across enterprise and product contexts, she pairs front-end optimization (React/TypeScript) with server-side caching, edge segmentation, and pragmatic monitoring to turn analytics into prioritized improvements. Based in Syracuse, NY, she combines hands-on engineering with product sensibility and a knack for turning messy integrations into stable, auditable systems.
