Top SchoolMichelle Glauser is a founder and engineering leader with 13 years of experience building inclusive developer communities and mission-driven products from the codebase to the boardroom. As Founder & CEO of Techtonica she scaled a tuition-free training and placement nonprofit—growing partnerships, crowdfunding $41k, and multiplying budget 14.5x—while maintaining an NPS of 100 from staff and cohorts. Previously a Principal Developer Evangelist at Twilio, she designed inclusive event processes, launched a Developer Network CRM with 18,000+ contacts, and coached hundreds of diverse speakers and scholarship recipients. A hands-on full-stack engineer early in her career, she repeatedly combines technical fluency (PERN/Python/Django) with ruthless prioritization and stakeholder influence to deliver measurable social impact. Her uncommon strength is iterating operational and educational programs—like open-source curriculum and event templates—until they scale sustainably and equitably.
