Summary
🤩
RockstarMichelle Lim is a founder and product-led engineer with nine years of experience scaling developer-focused products and startups from first code to growth. As cofounder and CEO of Flint, backed by Accel and Sheryl Sandberg, she’s building an autonomous website platform that doubles conversions by personalizing landing pages at scale. Previously she was Warp’s first engineer turned Head of Growth and Product, growing the product to hundreds of thousands of weekly active developers and launching its AI suite and first revenue. Michelle combines deep hands-on systems and front-end engineering (Rust, React, Python/Django) with GTM and team-building chops, having built cross-functional teams from scratch. Based in San Francisco and a Yale CS alum, she brings a rare blend of product intuition and low-level technical expertise that shows up in both shipping core features and driving commercial outcomes.
