Top SchoolMichelle V is a Senior UX Designer based in Toronto with 19 years of multidisciplinary experience crafting human-centered digital and physical experiences across public sector, healthcare, retail, and startup environments. She combines user research, accessibility-led interaction design, and visual storytelling to translate complex health and service needs into clear product strategies and delightful interfaces. At Toronto Public Library and Health Commons Solutions Lab she led research-driven initiatives — from EMR dashboard prototypes to age-friendly services — that secured stakeholder buy-in and funding. As a consultant and former creative director, she pairs hands-on design skills (HTML/CSS foundations and CMS launches) with business-minded outcomes like increased traffic and product commercialization. Known for bridging strategy and execution, she often surfaces non-obvious user needs through mixed-methods research and co-design, helping organizations turn insights into measurable impact.
