Summary
🤩
RockstarMichelle Winters is a veteran data leader and builder with 12 years of experience designing and operating large-scale analytics and data platforms across startups and enterprise companies. She founded Noteable, led Big Data Tools and Data Engineering at Netflix working on notebook infrastructure, ML pipelines, and data quality for a 100PB warehouse, and served as Distinguished MTS for Data & Analytics at eBay. Known for turning complex, petabyte-scale systems into self-serve platforms, she has driven migrations off legacy warehouses, automated CI/CD for data pipelines, and contributed to Jupyter/nteract tooling. Based in San Jose, she blends entrepreneurial grit with deep engineering craft and a penchant for delightful developer tooling — and she’s equally likely to be found riffing on music as on data models.
