Top SchoolMidhun Harikumar is a Technology Architect and Engineering Manager with over 13 years of hands-on experience (16+ in total career span) building high-throughput, event-driven systems across payments, capital markets, insurance, and media. He designs and delivers real-time B2B payments platforms, leading ISO20022 migrations, OFAC sanctions integration, and resilient microservices architectures using Java, Spring, Mule, IBM MQ and containerized CI/CD pipelines. Equally comfortable in front-end and mobile stacks, he combines native Android and modern web expertise (React, Node, Vue, Svelte) with UI/UX sensibilities to bridge product and platform concerns. He’s led teams of up to 10 engineers through architecture, development and production stability while enforcing Sonar-quality standards and automated testing. A technical educator and open-source-minded practitioner, he has taught web development fundamentals and contributes technical writing and code to the community. Based in Whitby, Ontario, he pairs pragmatic engineering with a curiosity for new tech and a background in high-value payments that few full-stack architects can claim.
