Senior🎓
Top SchoolMiguel González is an experienced engineering leader with 15 years building scalable web systems and leading multi-disciplinary teams across telecom, finance and media in Madrid and the UK. He blends hands-on full‑stack expertise—Typescript/React, Go, NodeJS, PHP, MySQL—with cloud deployments on AWS and GCP and a strong emphasis on automated testing and Agile delivery. As an Engineering Team Lead at Utility Warehouse and former Chapter Lead/Manager at Vodafone and NatWest Markets, he has driven technical modernisation, team processes and complex product launches (e.g., eShop basket journeys and FX trading UIs). His background in telecommunications and academic research into wireless sensor networks and e‑health gives him a systems-thinking perspective that informs architecture and reliability decisions. Comfortable with uncommon languages like Go and Lua, he also brings practical mobile and HTML5 game experience, making him a versatile leader who still enjoys hands‑on coding.
