Top SchoolMiguel Salazar is a Head of Engineering based in Monterrey with 11 years of experience guiding teams from hands-on development to architectural leadership. He progressed from mobile and web development roles into founding a services startup and later shaping platform architecture as Software Architect and now leading engineering at Lagersoft. Miguel blends practical experience across .NET, databases and web stacks with mentoring and teaching roles at UANL and CeroUno, proving he values knowledge transfer as much as delivery. His background includes founding Devian Labs and stepping into technology architect roles that required both strategic design and implementation oversight. Comfortable toggling between execution and strategy, he brings entrepreneurial grit and a track record of evolving teams and systems in mid-size Latin American tech organizations.
