Mihai Tăbăcaru
Senior Game Designer at Avantaj Play
Bucharest, Romania
Summary
🤩
RockstarMihai Tăbăcaru is a Senior Game Designer based in Bucharest with seven years of experience shaping games from concept to live operations. He has led design on mobile launches like Goalden League and contributed systems, levels and LiveOps while also supporting production, scoping and temporary producer duties. His background spans game and level design, UX and marketing—skills he’s applied across indie hits like Move or Die and multiple casino projects—so he blends player-focused interaction design with live-service thinking. Comfortable prototyping and documentation, he’s worked closely with art and dev teams to turn prototypes into feature-complete releases. Formerly a UX designer and digital marketer, Mihai brings a rare mix of user empathy and commercial awareness that helps drive retention and monetization design. Currently at Avantaj Play, he continues to bridge creative design and operational delivery on live mobile titles.
