Top SchoolMihail Gershkovich is an interim manager and data professional with nine years of experience blending data engineering, digitalisation and web architecture across enterprise and consultancy roles. Currently leading data integration and process optimisation at Pcdoktor while lecturing informatics at IU Internationale Hochschule, he combines hands-on database expertise (notably PostgreSQL) with team leadership and pragmatic interim management. His background spans Big Data tooling, ETL and cloud-adjacent architectures from CBRE and INFOMOTION to freelance DBA work, giving him a rare mix of operational, pedagogical and project-driven perspectives. Fluent in multicultural environments and skilled at rapid adaptation, he often translates complex analytics needs into maintainable data models and delivery roadmaps. An economist-turned-informatics practitioner with international experience, he brings strategic thinking to technical delivery and cost-optimised process design.
