Top SchoolMihir Adarsh is a Senior Software Engineer based in Bengaluru with 6 years of experience building developer platforms, AI-enabled tooling, and production systems that accelerate engineering workflows. He has designed modular Python tooling that processes over 1M executions per month and improved execution efficiency by 40%, and previously scaled an automation platform to cover 1,000+ scenarios increasing test coverage from 60% to 92%. His work spans LLM-driven developer tooling, RAG architectures, FastAPI and Next.js full-stack systems, and CI/CD-integrated deployment pipelines that cut build times and significantly reduced post-release defects. Mihir combines hands-on backend and frontend skills (Python, TypeScript, React) with infrastructure experience in Docker, AWS, observability and vector databases to deliver reliable, scalable products. He’s particularly interested in the intersection of AI and real-world software systems—building agentic workflows and compliance automation that move beyond prototypes into production. Outside core product work, he brings a practical research background from Samsung R&D and a track record of creating high-impact engineering systems that measurably improve uptime and developer productivity.
