Top SchoolMihir Gupta is a Senior Software Engineer with six years of experience building high-performance full-stack and microservices-based web applications, currently at Okta. He led product development as a founding engineer of Ecom360 (acquired by Cashfree Payments), shipping a sub-100ms one-click checkout and RTO protection that helped merchants achieve over 60% conversion rates and processed $300M+ in orders. Comfortable across Next.js, Node.js, Svelte, Golang and MongoDB, Mihir combines frontend UX optimizations with backend scalability—implementing CDN frontends, ECS autoscaling, Terraform deployments, and Datadog-backed observability. He also developed a popular Shopify app (Codfirm) with 2,000+ installs and a 4.9 rating, showing a knack for product-market fit in addition to engineering depth. Pragmatic and metrics-driven, he mentors teams, streamlines onboarding, and focuses on measurable impact like conversion uplift and system reliability.
