Summary
👤
SeniorMikael Rusin is a junior Java-focused developer from Skåne County with roughly three years of hands-on experience in Java, SQL (MySQL/Postgres/JPQL), and agile workflows, complemented by front-end work in JavaScript frameworks like Vue and React. He holds a two-year Systemutvecklare (Java) degree from Teknikhögskolan and completed two LIA internships at Axis Communications, plus a stint as a Junior Systemutvecklare at Handelsbanken. Comfortable across the stack, he has practical experience with Hibernate, Spring, RESTful APIs, DevSecOps tools (GitLab, Ansible, TeamCity), and Linux, and has built personal projects in Python and ASCII games. Fluent in English and practiced with Git/GitHub, he’s actively seeking junior roles focused on Java, server integrations and databases, while remaining open to broader backend opportunities. An unusual asset is his background in history studies, which strengthens his analytical research skills and attention to detail when tackling complex integration tasks.
