Top SchoolMikael Wikström is a cyber security consultant and seasoned embedded software engineer with 16 years of experience spanning low-level electronics, Linux kernel drivers, and IoT firmware for ARM and RISC-V Wi‑Fi SoCs. He blends deep networking expertise (IPv4/IPv6, Wi‑Fi/Ethernet, RFIC) with DevOps and DevSecOps practices—CI/CD, GitOps, PKI and cloud-managed telemetry—to modernize legacy products and secure distributed systems. Past roles include leading firmware and platform work at Nanoradio/Samsung and architecting data telemetry and ML-driven configuration at Deltanode, giving him practical chops in both hardware-constrained environments and scalable backend infrastructure. Based in Stockholm, he routinely bridges RF/embedded constraints and backend/cloud tooling, and is comfortable from device drivers up to automated cloud deployments. Outside work he pursues SDR, electronics and outdoor hobbies, reflecting a hands-on curiosity that often drives pragmatic, cross-disciplinary solutions.
