Top SchoolMikael Wilkon is a Senior Consultant and C#/.NET specialist with 12 years of experience building and modernizing backend systems, CRM solutions, and automation for enterprise customers in the Greater Malmö area. He combines hands-on engineering—spanning Azure, Cosmos DB, Azure Functions, Blazor, WPF and CI/CD—with product-oriented thinking gained from roles as Product Owner and Scrum Master. Mikael has a track record of translating business needs into maintainable, scalable systems and has repeatedly automated tedious operational tasks to boost team efficiency. Comfortable both in customer-facing collaboration and deep technical design, he focuses on measurable business value and pragmatic migrations to web-based solutions. Always learning, he blends a positive, solution-first mindset with a passion for exploring new tooling and refining pipelines. A less obvious strength is his history of building internal tooling and automation from early service-desk days to advanced cloud integrations, which gives him a practical edge in improving developer and support workflows.
