Top SchoolMike Allen is a Principal Consultant and founder of Paradigm BI with nearly a decade focused on turning data into actionable business processes using the Power BI suite and bespoke Active BI solutions. He combines hands-on BI engineering—data warehousing, SSAS Tabular, Power BI visuals—with business analysis and process modelling skills honed across government, health and financial services engagements. Known for publishing Power BI custom visuals (notably an Adaptive Cards visual), he helps organisations close the loop from insight to operational action. Based in Queensland, he blends consultancy breadth with deep technical craft, having led migrations, BI platform builds and UX-focused dashboarding. A self-described quondam coder and polymath, he prefers pragmatic, process-aware solutions that make analytics directly useful to decision-makers.
