Senior🎓
Top SchoolMike B is a seasoned technical director and engineering leader with 9 years in senior roles and a multi-decade engineering pedigree building scalable web, mobile, and cloud platforms. Currently leading engineering at Code and Theory, he has a proven track record delivering high-traffic consumer and B2B SaaS products—scaling infrastructures to millions of users, achieving five-nines uptime, and driving migrations to serverless and AWS auto-scaling. He combines hands-on architecture (Node.js, TypeScript, Terraform, serverless, Vue, iOS/Android) with talent-building—hiring and retaining distributed teams, improving onboarding, and instituting agile and security practices like SOC2. Notably, he stepped back from leadership to care for a terminally ill family member, then returned to senior management, demonstrating both personal resilience and sustained technical impact.
